Registration is limited to the first 144 players. Entry fee is $400 per player/$1,600 per foursome. Tournament format is four-person scramble. Mulligans are $10 each (limit two). Shotgun: 10:00 am. Download your player form (PDF, 25K).

Your entry fee includes the following: a barbeque lunch on the course, greens fees, a tee prize, a personal photo, cocktails and a buffet dinner. There will be several contest holes as well. Awards presentations will be made to the low gross teams and the low net teams.

Come on out for a great day of golf and fun at one of the Bay Area’s premiere clubs! Last year’s celebrities include: former NBA player and Warriors TV analyst Jim Barnett; NBC11 weekend anchor and reporter Diane Dwyer; former NBA Cleveland Cavaliers player John Lambert; former NFL Philadelphia Eagles player John Sciarra; and former major league pitcher Matt Young.
