Make a gift using a personal check, cash or credit card. Your gift can be applied to “where the need is greatest” or to a specific program.

Online Gifts

To make a secure gift via the internet, please choose from making an one-time gift or a monthly gift .

Pledge

Any gift amount you wish to make over a period of time by agreeing to pay regularly scheduled installments.

Memorial Gifts

To make a donation, please prepare a note stating:

• The name of the person being honored.
• The name and address of the person whom we may inform of your gift.
• The name of the fund to which your gift should be applied.
• If the donor requests an acknowledgment be sent to a friend or relative, the dollar amount of the gift is always kept confidential.

Matching Gifts

It may be possible to double, or even triple, the value of your gift to the Alta Bates Summit Foundation. Many companies match the gifts their employees make to non-profit institutions.

If your company has a matching gift program, request a form from your employer and send the completed and signed form along with your gift to the Alta Bates Summit Foundation. If you’ve made your contribution online, simply mail the form to:

We will complete the form, forward it to your employer’s matching gift office for processing and the company will send its matching donation directly to the Alta Bates Summit Foundation.
